How telemedicine works and what care costs
For comprehensive menopause or weight-management care, start with a $200 virtual consultation with Dr. Amanda Cabán. Together, we’ll review your symptoms, medical history, and goals, then create a personalized plan for menopause care, weight management, or both. Care is available in English and Spanish for patients in Puerto Rico, Florida, and Texas. If you only need localized vaginal estrogen, eligible patients may instead use our $39/month questionnaire-based program without a $200 initial consultation.
You must be physically located in Puerto Rico, Florida, or Texas at the time of your visit. Eligibility and treatment are confirmed by the physician after review of your medical history. A local mailing address alone does not establish eligibility.

Continue your care
Puerto Rico patients pay per follow-up visit. Florida and Texas patients receive ongoing care through a monthly membership, starting one month after the initial consultation.
Your First Consultation
Your first visit is a conversation about what you’re experiencing and how I can help.
During your $200 virtual consultation, we’ll:
• Review your symptoms, medical history, and current medications.
• Discuss your goals for menopause care, weight management, or both.
• Explore treatment options, including their benefits and risks.
• Create a personalized plan, including prescriptions or lab orders when appropriate.
You’ll leave with clear next steps. We’ll also discuss follow-up options and costs, so you can decide whether to continue care.
Ongoing care, tailored to you
After your first visit, we’ll follow your progress, answer questions, and adjust your treatment as needed.
Puerto Rico
Follow-up visits are $100 each, scheduled according to your needs. No membership is required.
Florida & Texas
Ongoing care is provided through a monthly membership, beginning one month after your initial consultation. Your plan includes prescription management and messaging support. Active menopause and metabolic care include visits every three months once treatment is stable, with earlier medically necessary visits included.
Medications and laboratory testing are paid separately. You’ll find membership options and pricing below.

I don’t sell medications or supplements, or pressure you to purchase products. When appropriate, I prescribe FDA-approved medications through your preferred pharmacy.
