We offer two treatment options, depending on your needs

– Live virtual medical consultation
– Comprehensive clinical evaluation
– Discussion of treatment options
– Prescription, if clinically indicated
Payment is made for each individual visit.
*An initial consultation is required to enroll in this program.
Continuous Menopause Care Plan (monthly)
Designed for those seeking structured medical support and ongoing monitoring.
Includes:
– Ongoing medical monitoring
– Live virtual visits when clinically indicated
– Progressive treatment adjustments
– Prescriptions and modifications based on clinical response
No long-term contracts are required. It can be canceled at any time.
Treatment Options
Medical therapy
Medical weight care may involve various therapeutic tools depending on the individual’s clinical profile.
The most commonly used medications today are GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), which have been shown to:
Clinically significant weight loss
Improvement in metabolic parameters
Reduction in cardiometabolic risk
Treatment is neither standard nor automatic. The choice of medication, dosage, and duration are tailored to each patient’s medical history, tolerance, and clinical response. Not all patients receive the same treatment.
A comprehensive approach and ongoing monitoring
In addition to medical treatment, we focus on developing sustainable habits, without extreme restrictions or punitive approaches.
Clinical monitoring includes:
Response to treatment
Tolerance and side effects
Changes in body composition and muscle mass
Metabolic parameters (glucose, blood pressure, among others)
Energy, overall well-being, and functionality
As treatment stabilizes, follow-up care can partially transition to an asynchronous model, while continuing to schedule in-person visits when clinically necessary.
Metabolic Health
Improvements in glucose levels, blood pressure, lipid profile, and cardiovascular risk markers.
Sustained Weight Loss
Clinically significant weight reduction with a focus on long-term outcomes.
Cardiovascular Health
Reduction in risks associated with obesity and metabolic syndrome.
Energy and Well-being
Improvement in energy levels, overall well-being, and body image.
Sleep and Rest
Improvement in sleep quality and associated conditions such as sleep apnea.
Mobility and Function
Reduction in joint pain, improvement in mobility and daily functioning.
